Transparity Recertifies ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001:2022 With UKAS Accreditation

We have some exciting news to share with you! We’re proud to announce that we have recertified ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001:2022 now with a new UKCAS accreditation partner, two of the most rigorous and prestigious standards for quality management and information security.

These accreditations reflect our dedication to delivering excellence in everything we do, from the quality of our solutions to the security of our data. We are delighted to celebrate our achievements as a leading Microsoft partner in the UK.

What are ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001:2022?

ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001:2022 are two of the most rigorous standards organisations attain after an extensive and in-depth auditing process. Both standards are important for organisations to ensure they meet the highest standards of competence, impartiality, and performance. Achieving UKAS accreditation for these standards means that the certification body has been assessed and found to meet these high standards.

ISO9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management systems. It demonstrates our commitment to providing consistent and high-quality products and services to our customers.

ISO27001:2022 is the international standard for information security management systems. It demonstrates our commitment to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets and those of our customers.

Why is UKAS accreditation important?

UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) is the only national accreditation body recognised by the UK government, meaning that UKAS accreditation is a mark of excellence recognised around the world. In order to gain this accreditation, our team underwent an extensive audit and have been found to meet the highest standards of competence, impartiality, and performance.

UKAS accreditation is recognised and respected worldwide, as UKAS is a signatory to the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA) multilateral agreements. This means that our certificates are accepted and trusted by customers and regulators in over 100 countries!

What does this mean for our customers?

Along with our other accreditations, this achievement further demonstrates our exceptional capabilities and meticulous standards both with our own operations and how we partner with our customers.

By choosing Transparity as your trusted partner, you can be certain that we have  robust and effective quality and information security management systems in place, which are regularly audited and improved.

You can also be sure we’ll deliver our services to unwaveringly high standards, from day-to-day service delivery to how we protect your data. Plus, you can rely on us to continually improve and innovate the way we do things, to provide an unbeatable experience with some of the UK’s most accredited technical experts.

“Achieving UKAS accredited ISO certifications is an amazing achievement. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication in maintaining the processes and operational rigour that has allowed us to achieve this certification. I’m incredibly proud of the team who delivered to such a high standard that we achieved certification with our new provider with no non-conformities or opportunities for improvement.”
