Transparity accredited with the Disability Confident Employer (Level 2)
Transparity is proud to announce they have hit another milestone in their inclusive employer journey, having being accredited as a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2), demonstrating Transparity’s ongoing commitment to greater inclusivity in the workplace.
On the 22nd November 2018, Transparity became the 10,000th Disability Confident member and attended 10 Downing Street to an exclusive event with Microsoft and other business leaders to collect their certificate. Three years on, Transparity are delighted to have gained Disability Confident Employer (Level 2)as their team are passionate about making the tech landscape more diverse and inclusive.
The Disability Confident employer scheme was created as a movement of change, that encourages employers to improve recruitment, retention and development of people with disabilities in the workplace. The scheme has now more than 20,000 members who are benefitting from this fantastic talent pool that offers highly skilled and hardworking staff.
