Transparity are delighted to announce the launch of their own Training Academy, commencing with three technical apprenticeship positions.
The Microsoft Gold Partner is committed to supporting those wanting to start their career in technology, and has partnered with QA – a leading provider of technical apprenticeships in the UK – to help facilitate this.
Transparity’s new apprentices will undergo an 18-month programme, combining formal learning with on-the-job experience within the technical teams. At the end of the programme, the company hopes to able to offer each of them a long-term career opportunity.

Additionally, Transparity are a signatory to the Tech Talent Charter as well as holding “Disability Confident” status and offer the provision of working platforms and tools with great accessibility features. The company is confident that once the Academy is established, they will be seeking applications on a regular basis.
