Transparity are extremely proud to announce they have been named by Best Companies as one of the UK’s top places to work 2024, being placed in not just one or two, but in three categories. This award win comes hot on the heels of the company’s achievement of the much sought after 3-star employee accreditation status in February, and is the 4th year in a row to have been ranked in these awards.
Known as the UK’s most trusted workplace engagement authority, Best Companies delivers anonymous employee engagement surveys, ranking the nation’s best companies to work for – spanning organisations from big to small in every sector.

Transparity have been consistently recognised in these awards for the company’s exceptional culture, rising up the ranks year on year. For example, in the past year alone the company have climbed from the 2-star ‘outstanding’ award to 3-star ‘world class’. Plus, in line with the business’ significant growth, the team have moved up from the mid-sized category in 2023 to the large company list in 2024. This rare achievement is testament to the company’s skyrocketing success both in growth and in maintaining a team culture like no other.
From its inception, employee engagement has been at the heart of Transparity’s culture; guiding every decision and credited as the cornerstone of the business’ outstanding growth.
The philosophy? That exceptional company culture allows the business to attract and retain top talent, delivering unbeatable outcomes for customers. And it’s paid off, Transparity reported 19.4% YoY revenue growth and in September, secured significant investment from Bowmark Capital.
